Welcome to BOIKETLO BA BASALI (PTY), a community-driven non-profit organization proudly based in Lesotho and committed to improving the lives of individuals, families, women, and young people through sustainable development, empowerment, education, and social support initiatives. Our organization was established with a strong vision to create stronger communities where every person has the opportunity to live with dignity, hope, confidence, and access to meaningful opportunities regardless of their background or social circumstances.

At BOIKETLO BA BASALI (PTY), we believe that real community transformation begins with empowering people at the grassroots level. We focus especially on supporting women, youth, children, and vulnerable families by providing programs that encourage self-reliance, leadership development, education, entrepreneurship, social inclusion, and community participation. Our goal is not only to provide temporary assistance, but to create long-term positive impact that helps communities grow stronger and more independent over time.

Our organization works closely with local communities, volunteers, educators, social workers, youth leaders, and development partners to identify the most urgent social and economic challenges affecting people in different areas. Through collaboration and active community engagement, we develop programs and activities that respond directly to local needs while promoting equality, compassion, and sustainable growth.

BOIKETLO BA BASALI (PTY) is dedicated to empowering women through skills development, mentorship, educational opportunities, and economic empowerment initiatives that help them build confidence and improve their livelihoods. We strongly believe that when women are empowered, entire families and communities benefit. By creating safe spaces for learning, growth, and leadership, we encourage women to become active contributors and leaders within their communities.

Youth empowerment is also one of the core pillars of our work. We understand the importance of investing in young people and providing them with opportunities to discover their talents, develop practical skills, and build positive futures. Through educational support, leadership programs, life-skills training, sports activities, mentorship, and community engagement initiatives, we aim to inspire young people to become responsible, confident, and motivated future leaders.

In addition to empowerment programs, our organization actively promotes social welfare and community well-being through awareness campaigns, outreach projects, health education initiatives, and support services for vulnerable individuals and families.
